What Causes Lump At Base Of Skull While Being Diagnosed With Staph Infection?

I am 43 years old and last year in February I got ill and was diagnosed with the mrsa/staph and 2 wks prior I had noticed a lump at base of skull and before spine now I am getting headaches everyday when I wake up what could this be and who should I see
