What Causes Lump At The Vaginal Opening With History Of Bacterial Vaginosis?

i have a personal problem with down below im a female and suffering from some kind of skin tag type lumps but small on the entrance of my vagina and and very worried and also have a bad smell down below and have suuffered from bv bacterial something or other not sure of how to spell it please help im very worried
