What Causes Lump Below Abdomen And On Neck?

Yes, about a month ago i noticed a lump in my right side below the abdomon kinda in the groin area. Now 5 months ago I fell off a fork lift onto the side of a pickup and cracked 3 ribbs on the same side, so I saw my doctor and last wensday had a cat scan, havent got the results back yet, But today Ive got a lump in my right side neck just below the jaw, It started thismorning at 10 am and in just 8 hrs has gotten bigger so what do u think
