What Causes Lump Formation At Incision Site For De Quervain S Release?

I had De Quervain s release and carpal tunnel release of right hand three weeks ago. preoperative symptoms are resolved. however, a large lump has developed in the area of the incision for the De Quervain s release... it is slowly becoming larger. could this be a ganglion formation, a tear of the sutures? have you heard of this post op complication? The tendons were severely inflamed and necrotic. The hand surgeon removed the lining of the tendon, not just open it.
