What Causes Lump In Between Neck And Shoulder Blade?

Hi...i just noticed a small, lima bean sized lump in between my neck and should blade, right side. It s not painful but I m still concerned and getting more and more worried. Should i give it some time before i schedule an appointment with my doctor? What could this be?
