What Causes Lump In Between The Buttocks Of An Infant?

My baby has had a lump and crooked butt crack since birth and have had it looked at but now it seems one side of her body is starting to grow bigger than the other. The ultrasound for tethered spine came up normal but I m wondering if there is a different issue.
