What Causes Lump In Leg And Pain In Left Breast?

I found a lump in in the crease of my left leg near my hip bone. I have had a total hysterectomy last year so this is not a female problem. I have also had some weight gain in the last 2 months. I also have pain in my left breast and a constant dry mouth.
