What Causes Lump In Neck With History Of Lung Cancer?

I have been taking Solpadol 30mg/500mg Effervescent Tablets for a week now. I have been diagnosed with cancer of the lungs & had chemo & radio treatment so far at the Q/E I suffer with Oesophagus & the lump in my neck is swelling up again slowly. I had a CT scan last week & am awaiting the results of that now to see what happens next. Is it true that you should not drink alcohol while taking these tablets.
