What Causes Lump In Supraclavicular Fossa And Swollen Lymph Node In Groin?

Hi, I m really stressing out because I found a lump in my L supraclavicular fossa. I also might have lumps in the soft bit between the axilla and breast and my doctor said I had lymph nodes in my groin. I m really scared. How likely is it to be something malignant? I m a 21 year old female student...??
