What Causes Lump In Temple Area And Ear Pain?

I am 36 years old female. I have a tenderness in my left temple. Only when I push on it. I also feel like a little lump there. I experince some pain im my ear evem though there is not ear infection. Also discomfort inside my left eye.
What could that be?
