What Causes Lump Inside Penis Opening?

hello, i have noticed a small lump inside the opening of my penis,i noticed it after i just had sex but am not sure if it has always been there, its not painful when I i got too the toilet but am worried of what it is and have tried to find it on the internet and have seen it could be a type of cancer. Can you help or give me something that could help ?
