What Causes Lump Inside The Scrotum?

I have a large marble size solid lump inside my scrotom attached to the scrotum wall. I squeezed it and first pus came out then a clear liquid followed by blood. It hurt when squeezed. It has a purple reddish color around the head of it where pus came out. What is this?
