What Causes Lump Inside Vagina With History Of Total Abdominal Hysterectomy?

/whle showering I noticed a clear, lump direcetly inside my vagina. There is no pain. I always wash myself thourgly when showering and never noticed this before. I can see it clearly by mirror exam. I am 81, have had a total abdominal hysterectomy (ovaries, et al gone) many years ago. No other symptoms I have noticed at all.My overall health is good to excellent. I m very concerned...
