What Causes Lump Next To Uvula Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi I want to know why I have had a lump right next to my uvula for years. Its on the right side of my uvula, but in the very back where the top of throat curves up. I don t have any symptoms from it. It s just been there. The only thing I have a problem with is a intermittent pain in my left lower abdomen. Thank you
