What Causes Lump On Bicep Next To Healing Bruise?

I have a small lump in my bicep, like pea-sized and I m wondering if it means anything. The lump is only in that bicep and not the other one, and it isn t visible from the skin, but i can feel it underneath. I also might want to mention that I have a healing bruise that is next the lump, if that means anything.
