What Causes Lump On Left Rib Cage Radiating Towards Abdomen?

I have lump on my left side of my rib cage and very defined line that looks swollen leading from it toward my abdomen. I had lumpectomy with radiation last November. Could this be a swollen lymph node ? The lump does not move and is a little painful but not bad.
