What Causes Lump On Neck Above Collarbone With Family History Of Cancer?

I have a large lump on the left side of my neck about an ins. Above the collar bone. I have noticed this before when it was smaller. Now its twice the size feel like a muscle that s hard. Not a rock or to soft. Don t know what kind of Dr to go see. I told my gp when it was smaller and he said nothing to worry about. I have come down with bronchitis and have been doing a lot of sweating lately. Should I be concerned? Both parents have had cancer
