What Causes Lump On Neck Along With Pain In Elbows And Ankles?

I have eczema on my neck and a rash on my elbows, stomach and ankles. I have tried every cream possible and the only thing that takes the itch away is prednisone. I also have a lump on my neck and pain in my elbows and ankles and feet. What could be causing this?
