What Causes Lump On Penis?

I have a lump on my penis, just under half a cm wide, it feels hard and slightly free to move under the skin. I've had it for a few months, however yesterday I woke up and it was inflamed and it seemed to have been popped, and was bleeding. I squeezed it and pus came out at first but then a solid white substance came out. Please help :(
