What Causes Lump On Right Side Of Clitoris?

I have lump to the right of my clitoris and I have had it in the same spot before but never this large or painful and this time it appears to have a few white spots. It at this point is quite painfull. There is only one of them and I looked at pictures of herpes and it doesnt look the same. Should I be concerned
