What Causes Lump On Right Side Of The Body?

I notice a round bulge/ lump on the right side my 11 months old daughter. It s firm to touch and it doesn t seem to hurt her when I try to press it. She was diagnosed w/ hydronephrosis when she was still in the womb. What could that be? I really hope it s nothing serious. Thanks.
