What Causes Lump On The Leg While In Standing Position?

Had a bicycle accident, a car door hit my leg. After swelling went down a small lump has persisted and bulges the size of a quarter when I put pressure down, every step this small bulge happens. It s now been 5 months. When feet up no bump, when I step down the bulge appears.
