What Causes Lump Under Skin Due To Freezing?

hi there i am a male and i had a wart on my had and i froze it and my skin was making a burning noise so after i finished freezing them i put the freezing part of the tip that was not really cold but anyway i touched it to my left nipple and now it is sore and i have a lump under it am i going to be ok?
