What Causes Lump Under The Tongue And Cracked Lips?

I have a smaller lump under my tounge, my lips have been horribly chapped for about a month and I can t seem to get them to heal, and I noticed a tender to touch spot around my jaw. I see an ENT in 3 days. I am really nervous. Just wondered if these seem to be symptoms of floor of mouth cancer or oral cancer.
