What Causes Lump With Black Centre Below The Navel?

I have a bump bellow my belly button it isnt that large (about the size of the actual button iside my belly button if that makes any sense) and has a little black dot at the center of it, i have tried popping it incase it was a pimple and it will not pop, any clue on what it could be?
