What Causes Lump With Itching At The Site Of Incision?

Hello I had an implinon for 3 years no problem with that one but now I have the nexplanon for a 1 1/2 years an there was a lump of some sort where the old incision from the first one an there has been a lot of off an on itching for some reason should I be worried??
