What Causes Lumps And Bad Odor Through The Vagina?

okay i have like a funny smelling odar down there but its not like bad its jus not fresh, and like all of a sudden im starting to get these big pimple type bumps that hurt and itch as well, they go away for some time but i still get them around the same places,ive never had sex so im wondering is there some idea of what this is?
