What Causes Lumps Below Breasts?

Hi I am 37 years old. I had a hysterectomy at 29. The pass couple of year I notice my right breast was a little swollen spoke with the dr and said it was normal due to my harmons. In the past week I noticed my underarm and neck area is swollen the lumps in my breast seem to be at lot more and lumps under my arm everything is right side, left side is normal. Today my right beast is so swollen and feels funny. What should i do?
