What Causes Lumps Beneath Belly Button And Lower Back Pain?

Hi Doc, I noticed that I have several lumps the size of peas and baby carrots beneath my belly button and I ve never noticed them there before. I recently had my gallbladder removed this past October...and lately I ve been seeing what looks like baby carrots in my diarrhea like BMs... these are the same that I saw prior to getting my gallbladder removed. I ve been feeling very tired lately, headaches, and feeling like I have to vomit sometimes. My mid to lower back has been hurting for a while now at least six months...I just don t know what is going on with my body. Please help!
