What Causes Lumps Inside Vagina?

I had unprotected sex with a male friend and now a few weeks after i have noticed two pimple like hard rock lumps on my vagina. one seemed to get bigger and I kept touching it in the shower and it burst and it looked like puss had come out, it was yellowy colour. Went straight to doc, and asked for all tests to be done as i was scared of catching anything and results came back with nothing but the doc said i will have too go back for a hep c test cause one test may be positive. I am freaking out, i think its something else.
