What Causes Lumps On Breasts And Bumps On Arm, Stomach And Thigh?

Hello, I ve have lose 81 pounds and notice now that in on the top of my breasts I feel lots of little lumps and bumps as well as in the upper part of my arms and stomach and thighs. I was told by a nurse these where just lipomas and nothing to worry about. Is it common for them to become more apparent due to weight loss?lp
