What Causes Lumps On Mons Pubis?

Hi I have 2 lumps in my mons pubis they are moveable and not sore at all, ones on the right and ones on the left the left one is quiet sizeable prob about 2 inch in lenght and about 1 inch in width the lump on the right is not quite this big, ones feels quiet round the other doesnt have difinitive sides.. is this a tumour? I had a fibro in my breast a few months back which was cut out. I am female and 22 years old
