What Causes Lumps On The Areola?

Hi, I am 35 (36 this year), I still breastfeed my 3 year old daughter mostly only at night to go to sleep now, and yesterday found 2 lumps within the areola area and the other close to my nipple. What could this be? They are not sore and don't move but are firm if I squeeze the lumps.
