What Causes Lumps On The Head Along With Severe Headaches?

I have two hard lumps on right side of my head that hurt to the touch and feel a touch numbI have also been having sever pressure in my head. Just off 14 days of amoxycillan for sinus. Feel nauseous and just not right.the bumps are about t?he size of a quarter. What could this be
