What Causes Lumps On The Hip And Collarbone?

I have a very small oval shaped area, maybe the size of a dime right above my left hip. Light red, Also flush with my skin, no lesions, or skin flaking. At the same time one above my collar bone. This one being about the size of a quarter. The only two on my body. They do not itch, or irritate.
