What Causes Lumps On The Lips And Penis?

My boyfriend had a little bump on his lip , he bit it and now its yellow in the inside with a red lining , he has another one inside of his mouth too & some how , now he has skin colored bumps on his penis that hurt when touched ; the spots on his lip is getting smaller & looking better ; but what could it be ? also had throat pains & chills ;
