What Causes Lumps Under The Skin With Drainage Of Clear Liquid?

Hello I have half of a dime size growths under my skin. If I squeeze them really hard a very small amount of clear liquid comes out. I have two of them. One I recently noticed and the other has been there forever. They won t go away but they don t bother me at all they don t hurt or itch or anything. I do have fordyce spots so I m wondering if it s anything to do with that. Thank you.
