What Causes Lumpy Skin On Outer Labia?

Hi Doctor, I am a virgin (25 years old). I have recently looked at my outer labia and the skin is very lumpy - like oatmeal. I do not shave or wax the hair. The lumps are not itchy or red, just very unattractive. Is there any treatment I can take to smooth and treat this ugly problem? Thanks so much.
