What Causes Lumpy White Spots On Arm?

Hey. I noticed this about two days ago. A small group of bumpy little white spots appeared on my arm. It looks like acne but Its not and the whiteness is of damamged skin. It does not hurt but itches a little. Is this something to be concerned about or will it go away?
