What Causes Lung Pain In Spite Of Being On Pulmonary Embolism Medicine?

Hi I am 49 years old last year exactly I was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism so one day I had a lot of pain in my right lung under rib cage it felt like so I went to Dr who then sent me to Emergency . I was seen pretty quick had a lot of blood work and then I had ct scans and ex rays . The emerge Dr said said I had pulmonary embolism and was given some needles in abdomen Wow what I painful event that was . Continuing on then I stayed in hospital few days then put on xaralto for 6 months . Ok after that was given baby aspirin 81 mg I had another ct scan about 3 months ago looked fine sm embolism showing tiny according to Dr my question is this Why am I still having a lot of pain in my life right lung like I am having it really bothers me Dr said he doesn t know why I am having pain in my lung however I know my body This is not Normal can anyone help me
