What Causes Malodorous Discharge With Negative Swab Result?

I am 39, 170cm tall and weigh 75 kgs. The only other problems related to my genitals I have had before is thrush and UTI but now I have smelly discharge and smelly menstrual blood, what could be the cause? My GP has taken swabs which he explained have come back clear with no sign of infection.
