What Causes Malodorous Greenish Discharge After Scratching A Birth Mark?

got a birth mark underneath my boob that has never bee n a problem it started to itch and i scratcthed the top off it now it still itches but discharges green liquid so much so i have to put a tissue in my bra to catch it but it stinks to high heaven what could it be
