What Causes Memory Loss Along With Twitching Sensation In Arm And Leg?

i have been falling uncontrollable when i don t get no sleep for a day and just stay up,i get arm and leg twitches alot and also when i sleep , been having severe back pain and pain in my right flank area and having really hard time remembering things and feel really embarrasing cause i always have to ask them what i was talking about cause i can t remember at some times always fatigued and tired no energy
