What Causes Memory Loss And Constant Fatigue During Menopause?

Hi I am a 52 year old female on aropax for anxiety 1 tablet a day been on it for about 8 years on & off lately my family & I are concerned about my memory loss (constantly calling people wrong names) constant fatigue am going through menopause hot flushes not sleeping well (because of hot flushes) we run our own small business so work full time just wondering if the memory loss & vagueness is due to change of life or could it be the start of something else & how do I find out if it is menopausal what can I take to help but not HRT
