What Causes Menstrual Cycle Disorder?

Hello, I am a 28 year old female with a history of irregular menstrual cycles. I began menstruating at 12 and haven't been diagnosed with any menstrual disorder despite many tests and ultrasounds. I have recently recognized a frequent correlation between my monthly cycle and flares in my lymphatic system (predominately throat, groin and pit glands irritated) which is also accompanied by mild flu systems (tender throat, body aches, excess sinus and chest mucous and congestion). Could this be a sign to some disorder/disease or is it more likely this is just coincidence?
