What Causes Menstrual Like Cramps With Discharges And Back Pains?

I have had unprotected sex during the beginning of the week of ovulation now I have cadd cramps and lower back pains on my left side only. Its really like menstrual cramps when I lay down it seems to be worst .and this morning had clear discharge what does this mean
