What Causes Metallic Taste And Tingling Feeling In Tongue And Throat?

hi i am having very bad metallic taste im my mouth. its bad enough to start tingling my tounge and throat i also am suffering massive headaches and stomach cramps. i have been to the dentis and im all good.... really starting to feel crappy and flushed too
