What Causes Mid Abdominal Pain While Having Splenic Aneurysm?

i started with a sharp pain in the left side of my stomach as if it were a trapped air bubble around 12 this morning . I have been sick to my stomach but the pain hads gottenextremely worse . stomach distended, chills. pain location mid abdomen up to rib cage. I have 3 spleenic aneurysms that were coiled back in 06. could this be related. YYYY@YYYY
