What Causes Mid And Right Chest Pain After Playing Soccer?

I m 34 year old male, I m good shape but after playing soccer without taking any breaks I find I start to get chest pains first starting on the right side then moving to the middle. I do suffer from acid reflux and a bit of anxiety. I ve had ECG and EKG and doctors found nothing. Should I be concerned? I get PVCs here and there. Should I be asking for a stress test or holter?
