What Causes Mid Lower Abdomen Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 5 weeks pregnant by the end of this week. I keep having stomach cramps/pains. Almost can t tell the difference. One pain was on the right side of my stomach last night and it lasted for a little while maybe under 30 minutes and Now which has subsided, I was just feeling a pulsating pain in the middle lower part of my abdomen. Is this normal?
